Glen Clova is one of the entrances to the Cairngorms national Park. The park itself starts half way up the glen and is marked by a large granite stone.

Loch Brandy and Loch Whirral lie on the east side of the glen. These are two glacial lochs lying high up the side of the hills. There are paths running from Clova Hotel to the Lochs.
