Sound Sense Project

Run by the Tayside Association for the Deaf, the Sound Sense Project aims to help improve confidence, reduce isolation and increase access to everyday services and community activities for deaf people within the Tayside area by deploying volunteer befrienders to provide much needed support.

The Sound Sense Project also promote and deliver Deaf Awareness training to community groups, service providers and statutory services within Tayside.

Sound Sense have produced their first Newsletter, in time for the Xmas holiday.  Unfortunately, the file is too large to fit on the website.   The website management committee offer their sincere apologies to everyone, and hope to be able to include the next Sound Sense Newsletter.
